Soy Isoflavones

In 1931, It is the first time to isolate and extract from soybean.
In 1962, It is the first time to confirm that it is similar to mammalian estrogen.
In 1986, American scientists found isoflavones in soybeans that inhibit cancer cells.
In 1990, The National Cancer Institute of the United States confirmed that soy isoflavones are the best natural substances.
The middle and late 1990s, It is widely used in human medicine, health care, food and so on.
In 1996, Us food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves soy isoflavones as health food.
In 1999, Us food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved soy isoflavones functional food to enter the US market.
Since 1996, more than 40 health food products containing soy isoflavones have been approved in China.

We can provide different specifications of soy isoflavones in according to customer’s requirements.
1.Soy Isoflavones 5%-90%
5% Soy isoflavones is widely used in feed field, Flavonoids have obvious biological activities in animals, which can significantly promote the growth of animals, reduce abdominal fat deposition, improve reproductive performance and enhance immunity.
Regulation on the growth of male livestock and poultry

The results showed that the growth of crowns increased rapidly, the daily weight increased by 10%, the weight of chest and leg muscles increased by 6.5% and 7.26% respectively, and the feed utilization rate was significantly reduced. The content of DNA per gram of chest muscle decreased 8.7% compared with that of the control group, but there was no significant change in total DNA of pectoralis, with total RNA increased by 16.5%, serum urea level decreased by 14.2%, protein utilization rate increased significantly, but it had no significant effect on female broilers. The results showed that the levels of testosterone, β – endorphin, growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, T3, T4 and insulin were significantly improved. Similar results were obtained in male Gaoyou duck experiment, with daily weight gain increased by 16.92%, feed utilization rate increased by 7.26%. The total growth hormone level in serum increased by 37.52% by adding 500mg/kg soy isoflavones to the diet of boar, and the concentration of urea nitrogen and cholesterol of metabolites decreased significantly

Effect on production performance of laying poultry
The results showed that the suitable amount of daidzein (3-6mg / kg) could prolong the laying period, increase the laying rate, egg weight and feed conversion rate. Adding 6mg / kg daidzein to the diet of 12-month-old laying quails could increase the laying rate by 10.3% (P0.01). Adding 3mg / kg daidzein to the diet of Shaoxing laying ducks could increase the laying rate by 13.13% and feed conversion rate by 9.40% . Molecular biology studies have proved that soy isoflavones can significantly promote GH gene expression and GH content in poultry, so as to promote reproduction.

Effect of Daidzein on pregnant sows
Although the traditional pig production attaches importance to postpartum feeding, it lacks the means to regulate the growth of piglets through sows. Through the regulation of maternal neuroendocrine, changing the secretion of nutrients, promoting fetal growth and improving the quality and quantity of lactation is an important link to improve the production efficiency of pig. The results showed that after the pregnant sows were fed with daidzein, the plasma insulin level decreased and the IGF level increased. The lactation of sows on the 10th and 20th day was 10.57% and 14.67% higher than that of the control group, respectively. Compared with the control group, the contents of GH, IGF, TSH and PRL in colostrum were significantly increased, but the content of egg white matter had no significant change. In addition, the level of maternal antibody in colostrum increased and the survival rate of piglets increased.
Soy isoflavones can directly act on lymphocytes and promote the lymphocyte transformation ability induced by PHA by 210%. Soy isoflavones can significantly enhance the whole immune function and the immune function of mammary organs. The anti classical swine fever antibody in the blood of pregnant sows in the experimental group increased by 41%, and that in colostrum increased by 44%

Effects on ruminants
The results showed that soy isoflavones could directly affect the activities of main digestive enzymes of rumen microorganisms and improve their digestive function,. In vivo, soy isoflavones treatment significantly increased the testosterone level of male buffaloes and sheep, increased the rumen microbial protein and total volatile fatty acid levels, and improved the growth and production capacity of ruminants.

The influence on young animals
In the past, the breeding of young animals generally started after birth, but in theory, it was too late. Experiments showed that the treatment of pregnant sows with soy isoflavones not only increased lactation, but also increased maternal antibodies in milk. The growth of colostrum piglets increased by 11%, and the survival rate of 20 day old piglets increased by 7.25% (96.2% vs 89.7%); the daily gain, testosterone and blood calcium content of male weaned piglets increased by 59.15%, 18.41% and 17.92%, respectively, while that of female weaned piglets increased by 5 mg / kg soy isoflavones 39%, – 6. 86%, 6. 47%. This opens up a new way for piglet breeding.

Aglycon Soy Isoflavones
Soy isoflavones in soybean and soybean food mainly exist in the form of glycoside, which is not easily absorbed by human body. Compared with glucoside isoflavones, free soybean isoflavones have higher activity because they can be absorbed directly by human body. So far, 9 isoflavones and three corresponding glucosides (i.e. free isoflavones, also known as glucosides) have been isolated from soybean.

Isoflavones are a kind of secondary metabolites formed in soybean growth, mainly in the germ and soybean meal of soybean seeds. Isoflavones include daidzein, soybeans glycoside, genistein, genistein, daidzein, and soybean. Natural isoflavones are mostly in the form of β – glucoside, which can be hydrolyzed into free isoflavones under the action of various isoflavones glucosidase. 7, Daidzein (daidzein, also known as daidzein) is one of the main bioactive substances in soybean isoflavones. It is recognized that it has many physiological functions on human body. The absorption of Daidzein in human body mainly comes from two ways: liposoluble glycosides can be absorbed directly from the small intestine; glycosides in the form of glycosides can not pass through the wall of the small intestine, but they can not be absorbed through the small intestine wall It is hydrolyzed by glucosidase in colon to generate glycoside and is absorbed by intestine. The results of human experiments showed that soy isoflavones were absorbed mainly in the gut, and the absorption rate was 10-40%. Soy isoflavones were absorbed by microvilli, and a small part was secreted into the intestinal cavity with bile, and participated in the circulation of liver and bile. Most of them were degraded and metabolized by microorganisms in the gut by heterocyclic lysis, and the products could be absorbed into blood. The metabolized isoflavones are excreted through urine.
Soy isoflavones mainly exist in the form of glucosides, while the absorption and metabolism of soy isoflavones in human body are carried out in the form of free soy isoflavones. Therefore, free isoflavones also have the name of “active soy isoflavones”.
